Personally, I think he’s going to be one of the next rappers up, even though he didn’t make the XXL top 10 freshman. And it doesn’t look like he’ll be in it next year.

A wonderful introduction for children to the world of ballet, especially designed for ages four through six. It contains all the aspects of a formal ballet class including a barre warm-up, stretches, center practive and across the floor combinations. All of the movements are explained step-by-step, followed by a performance of the steps by renowned dance teacher Rosemary Boross and her beginning pre-school students.

Sure, it's very technical and fast and the quality of the film leaves much to be desired. However, these are the views of the adult perspective. The video is perfect for my preschoolers dancer in grass. She does not want the film for the quality of care or that we can not keep up with the teacher, but just know that they have to wear a frilly tutu and playing "class dancer." She loves him and asks to see is inexorable. I definitely recommend this DVD to teach your child is not ballet, but forJust have fun and dance!

The life of hip-hop in the USSR era started with the rise of street breakdancing and festivals which took place all over the country. The first wave came around 1985 but the information on the movement and music was really rare, and the ones which were available became the platform for imitation. A lot of the upcoming breakdance crews slowly started to reform in to hip-hop collectives and the b-boys started to put toghether their own rap bands.

This mix represents the hip-hop band, creators of which just happened to be the first wave of b-boys in the USSR. The members roots come from the 80s hip-hop. Member Skalya was a b-boy in Stop and Tetraider crews which later became Bad Balance. While other member was breakdancing in crew like Black and White (which was quite popular on tours and videoclips under the name Blanche & Noir, which took place in France) and Malchishnik. Later on, the guys formed a rap band named DETSO in the mid 90s.

Consequently, the band was called Smile brothers and got quite popular with their videoclips and concerts being heavily rotated on MTV Russia (The image ad Bzzz on MTV, soundtracks for films: Don’t even think, Sex and the city), and also had some releases: 1997 – DETSO I’m here, Kolya, 2000 – Smile brothers Julia loves, 2001 – Smile brothers Funkpositive, 2004 – Smile brothers Here is not there and also the internet release of Smile brothers – The Best (Remastered 2008). These days, the band is finishing recording their 6th album Old School and is working on its own antiart movie named The zombies here are wild.

The Given compositions were released on labels: Krem Records, Stil Records, CD Land, Real Records, Souz and Mamapapa.

Steps to follow before and after HIV testing

Undergo an HIV test can be quite an overwhelming experience for many people. Given the social stigma associated with this disease who underwent a test is to experience an emotionally disturbing. Depending on their mental strength and confidence levels that people can accept a wide range of emotions such as depression, frustration, fear, anger, hopelessness, despair, panic, or denial-level of experience, the truth about their status.

Then, shortly before the testperformed, the person shall be given psychological assistance, also referred to as "pre-test counseling" on him or her to step in and look forward to him or her to the test with full confidence, no matter what the outcome.

The pre-test counseling is very important for the emotional trauma associated with the control and the fear of imminent dangers and the consequences for the success of a process.

If the person is found to be HIV-negative, then the personmay be sent to him after consulting some preventive measures for the future. However, if we find the person who is HIV-positive, then the person needs to know only after another round of psychological counseling, as "post-test counseling.

The objective of the post-test counseling is to alleviate the concerns and stresses the patient's eye and help him or her emotionally when their status will be disclosed. Counseling is necessary to prevent suicideTrends in patient and control his emotions. The consultant's situation in a positive light project and stressed that it is really good that the patient has learned early on her was positive, because this treatment easier and him or her for the future complications that are better with this disease deal're will be connected. The consultant should also help to inspire the individual to live his confidence once again, the determination for the rest of his life better.

Tech Tuesday: Silver Efex Pro

I love B&W, I guess it goes back to my early days of photography. I was in the high school photo club, we had a darkroom and Kodak Tri-X. I learned with a Yashica Mat 124 and developing my own.

here is the first photo I ever took and developed, on my own. Taken with my sisters Kodak Brownie.It is a photo of my dad, sometime around 1970 or ‘71. I didn’t have an exposure meter so I just guessed.

Anyway, back to the plug-in. Most B&W conversions were done using the channel mixer, in photoshop. As good as this is there are no ways to replicate the look of traditional B&W films.

Now there is. Nik filter Silver Efex Pro .

I love this software, ease of use, great interface and replicates all types of film.

Here is my workflow using it. I first open Lightroom

Select the photo you want to convert. Right click>edit in> photoshop ( since this is a plug-in and not stand-alone.

It will then open in your editing software ( Photoshop, elements or Paint shop pro). Make any necessary adjustments then send it to Silver Efex

When it opens you will see a list of pre sets on the left, scrolling through shows a preview, on the main image. Since it was a photo of main street in the old town of Delhi, I wanted the old look.

I selected Antique plate II.

On the right are adjustments for exposure, color filters, film type and styles, such as vignettes.Here I selected the blue filter.Here I went to the film style drop down and selected Tri-X, when you scroll over it shows a preview.

Here is the stylizer, showing the different vignettes and colors. Once again scroll for a preview.and the adjustments for style. When you are happy click ok.

It will take you back to photoshop where the effect is now in a new layer. If you want to try this software they have a trial for download.

For B&W I don’t think it can be beat. IMHO.

Pink Floyd Shows iTunes Concept the Dark Side of the Moon

Probably the best-selling "concept album" ever recorded, Pink Floyd released "The Dark Side of the Moon" in 1973.

While most bands presumably want their songs available on iTunes, last April Pink Floyd took the unusual step of suing its own record label (EMI) to prevent the online sale of individual tracks stripped from its original albums. Of course, consumers generally favor the “a la carte” model, which allows them to extract exactly what they want from an album (often just one or two songs)–and disregard the rest. Artists are less than enthusiastic about this paradigm, but few bands have seriously fought to maintain the integrity of their albums. (In 2008, for example, Radiohead capitulated after years of holding out.) Fewer still have actually succeeded in their boycott of iTunes. (The Beatles are a notable exception.) Two reasons probably explain such feeble resistance: first, most bands presumably prefer selling one or two songs online if the alternative is selling no songs at all; second, few bands have the clout to negotiate more favorable terms with the record labels. Pink Floyd is not one of those bands. (The Dark Side of the Moon, with some 45 million copies sold, remained on the Billboard 200 for an astonishing 15 years!) Renowned for recording “concept albums” around a unified theme, the band renegotiated its contract with EMI in 1999 to preserve control over the artistic integrity of its work. Despite the contract (written long before iTunes even existed), EMI sold individual songs to iTunes, apparently on the theory that its contractual commitment covered only physical media and did not extend to the Internet. The band sued to enforce the contract and last week the British High Court agreed with Pink Floyd. In a preliminary ruling, Judge Andrew Morritt concluded: “There is nothing in the terms ‘album’ or ‘record’ to suggest they apply to the physical product only.” Pink Floyd Music Ltd v. EMI Records Ltd., 666/09, High Court of Justice, Chancery Division (London). Even so, EMI apparently does not plan to immediately halt online sales of Pink Floyd songs. While some commentators have applauded what they perceive as a principled stand against the record companies, it remains to be seen whether this fight really turns on artistic control–or money. After all, Pink Floyd may yet agree to sell songs individually on iTunes–but with substantially more leverage to command higher royalty payments. Fans who want to believe otherwise ought to ponder why Pink Floyd songs have been playing on the radio–individually–for more than forty years now. As they say in the song . . . Pkviz Packet Visualization Animator Source Code Available

I finally decided to put the Xcode project and associated source for pkviz up for free download and license it under GPL v3.

I’ve created a google code page for it HERE.

Feel free to download, comment, and please -contribute-. This was my first Objective-C app and first Xcode project, so if it’s a mess…well…deal or help?

Also, since I haven’t quite finished the google code page, you can grab a stand alone zip of the source/project HERE.

I’ve also made some haphazard notes to help people understand the code:

The aquireData class handles reading the tcpdump text file. It uses Core Data to store the data. If I had to do it over, I wouldn’t have used Core Data…but it is what it is. You can find the data model by double-clicking pkviz_DataModel under the Models folder in the project in Xcode.

pkGraphView is a subclass of NSView that I use to handle the layers, which are done in Core Animation (easy enough to understand). The view has a delegate function (drawLayer) which I handle in the layerDelegate class to deal with drawing the paths for each layer.

Everything else is handled by transformData – it’s pretty much my controller.

Rough flow:

the Load button tells aquireData to parse tcpdump and store in a core data context

The launch button kicks off transform data, which pulls in the data from the core data context, sticks it into an array, launches a thread to pop out individual packets, and then tells the view when it’s read to display another packet. Everything else stops, starts, adjusts the current packet referenced, or aids this animation loop process.

The main array of packets in transformData is bytepakposSet. It is an array of packet arrays. packet arrays contain arrays of bytes with 2 values in them: bytevalue, and byteposition

so, if you wanted to access the third packet in bytepakposSet and see what the byte value of the first byte stored is, you’d do:

[[[[bytepakposSet objectAtIndex:2] objectAtIndex:0] objectAtIndex:0] intValue];

if you wanted to get the byte value and position returned in an array:

[[bytepakposSet objectAtIndex:2] objectAtIndex:0]

Core Data doesnt return objects in order, so you dont know ahead of time what order the bytes are in the packet, youll have to sort them by position in packet first. You can find position:

Benar-benar bejat oknum guru smp dan PNS ini,meski sudah berumur mereka masih sata melakukan mesum di hotel.Dua orang oknum Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tertangkap basah tengah berbuat mesum di Hotel LA, Jalan Pasar Kembang Surabaya, Kamis (4/2/2010) siang sekira pukul 10.30 WIB.

Dua pasangan selingkuh itu masing-masing berinisial SS (46), guru kesenian di salah satu SMP Negeri di Surabaya, dan HR (48), PNS di Pemkot Mojokerto. Keduanya tertangkap basah oleh NY (45), suami SS.NY, suami SS,sempat menaruh curiga dengan gelagat istrinya sejak dua bulan terakhir. NY menduga istrinya memilki pria idaman lain (PIL). Untuk membuktikan kecurigaannya itu, NY menguntit SS dan HR dari belakang.

Karena ingin menangkap basah, NY pun meminta bantuan polisi untuk menggerebek istrinya yang diduga sedang indehoi dengan oknum PNS Pemkot Mojokerto itu.

Dugaan NY pun benar. Saat pintu kamar hotel diketok, HR tak mengenakan baju. NY pun langsung marah dan sempat berusaha memukul HR namun dicegah oleh polisi. Sedangkan, SS merasa ketakutan dan sembunyi di kamar mandi dan menutupi badannya dengan sehelai handuk.

Aion’s release in North America was a great success to say the least. The self-acclaimed “Best MMO of 2009″ is constantly looking towards the player base to further improve their beautiful game. With Aion coming from overseas to North America the need for adjustment in terms of game mechanics was very apparently. More recently the matter of experience scaling has been brought up as an issue, and to aid players with easier leveling, developers have bonus experience weekends to see how it affects the overall population. Things are looking good for the game, but for the casual player this is still troubling.

So this is where AngelBot comes in. Busy at class? Need to cook dinner or walk the dog? Heck just going for a shower? Turn on AngelBot and let it level for you. My advice is that you have lots of potions and you spend your time configuring it for maximum effectiveness.

Golden Globes 2010: Mariah Carey and Halle Berry Wear Plunging Dresses. Who Got it Right?

As any woman who’s tried it knows, showing cleavage can be tricky. And, as a pair of stars at the Golden Globes demonstrated, the task can be trickier for some than for others.

Exhibit A: The notoriously skin-baring and buxom Mariah Carey — who walked the red carpet with husband/umbrella holder Nick Cannon (10 years her junior) — donned a Hervé Léger by Max Azria curve-hugging long black dress with plunging V-neckline, putting her business front and center.

Unfortunately, with the 39-year-old “Precious” star’s breasts being so out there, it was easy to miss the fashionable elements of her ensemble, including diamond and platinum chandelier earrings by Chopard, a stack of diamond bracelets and the totally on-trend power shoulders of her bandage dress.

On the flip side, 43-year-old award ceremony presenter Halle Berry took the plunge in a Kaufman Franco silk bias cut gown with lace inserts that was actually cut lower than Carey’s Léger look and quite similar in style, yet the actress managed to look sexy, not sleezy.

The difference? Berry has a smaller chest and therefore less cleavage, so her girls were under control and she avoided giving off a desperate “check out my goods!” vibe.
