You can create backups of your complete WordPress installation, only the files, or only your WordPress database
Installation:
Download the plugin
Extract it
Rename the plugin folder, if you want, but dont rename the files inside the plugin folder
Upload everything to the plugins folder of your WordPress installation
Go the the ‘Settings’ page and configure it for the first use.
