Installation:
Upload jr-translate.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Edit the JR Twitter Settings in your Administration Panel
Enable the Widget through the Appearance –> Widgets tab.
