WordPress stats have informed me that I’ve recieved some traffic concerning the spreadsheet so I figure I should upload it. Bear in mind this is my own copy so you’ll have to enter your own figures but it’ll be really easy. I also added a kg column too but it does need editing a bit, besides I know majority of you will only be bothered about the lbs column anyway.
